Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-11-02

This policy explains when purchases from AI Rap Generators may be refunded. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. Nothing here limits refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Unused Credit Packs

You may request a full refund for a one-time credit-pack purchase within seven days of the purchase date, provided none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Once any credits from a pack have been consumed, that pack is no longer eligible for a refund under this policy. Credit-pack credits do not expire.

Generated Videos and Used Credits

Credits used for a successfully completed video generation are not refundable because the requested digital content has been delivered. If a generation fails or is canceled before completion, the credits are restored automatically. Contact us if a technical issue prevented you from receiving a completed result.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing settings or through the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. We do not refund a partially used billing period. Any remaining subscription credits remain available until their displayed expiration date; subscription credits are valid for one year. Credits in one-time packs do not expire.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@airapgenerators.com within the applicable seven-day window. Include the email address on your account, the purchase date, and the order number or receipt. We aim to reply within three business days. We may ask for additional details to locate the transaction.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take five to ten business days to post the refund after it is issued. Processing times vary by provider.
